As a Recovery Specialist, you'll provide psychological recovery and rehabilitation services to individuals with psychological illness or injuries. Collaborating with experienced professionals, you'll manage a diverse case load encompassing various services such as compensable services, medical management, and the Resilient Me program. Key responsibilities include case management, conducting assessments, and facilitating therapeutic interventions.
 

Key Competencies:

• Manage a diverse case load efficiently, incorporating various services.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and facilitate therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with medical professionals to identify barriers and develop client progression plans.
• Assist clients with job skills and vocational counseling to facilitate return to employment.
• Maintain accurate client records and liaise with stakeholders effectively.

Essential Criteria:

• Registration with ASORC or RCAA
• Minimum 1 year of previous workplace rehabilitation experience
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Preference for agile work practices
• Demonstrated capacity to work independently and within a team
