Our client is a leading NGO across the Community Services remit. This position will see you working as part of a multidisciplinary Therapy and Behaviour Support Team. The role is available on a part-time or full time basis and provisional Psychologists are welcome to apply.

The team provides support to children and families, young people and adults who have a disability or are at risk of having a developmental concern or disability. The team works together to build the capacity and skills of people we support to ensure they are able to reach their personal goals.

Essential Criteria 

• Full AHPRA registration as a Psychology
• Experience working across the children and families arena and using a trauma informed, strengths-based framework
• Experience in developing and evaluating the implementation of behaviour support strategies
• Demonstrated experience prioritising workloads and managing clients with complex needs
• Able to supervise, coach and mentor others
• Leadership skills and experience in clinical leadership / service development
• NSW Driver's Licence, WWCC & Police Check
