You will provide psychological recovery and rehabilitation services to individuals facing psychological illness or injuries. Working alongside experienced industry leaders, you'll manage a case load encompassing various services, including compensable services, corporate rehabilitation, psychological assessments, and more. Key responsibilities include case management, facilitating programs, conducting assessments, and providing therapeutic interventions.

 

Key Competencies:

• Manage a diverse case load efficiently, incorporating various services.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with medical and allied health professionals to develop client progression plans.
• Assist clients with job skills and vocational counseling to facilitate return to employment.
• Maintain accurate client records and liaise with stakeholders effectively.

Essential Criteria:

• Full or provisional registration with AHPRA
• Minimum 1 year of previous workplace rehabilitation experience
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
• Preference for agile work practices
• Demonstrated capacity to work independently and within a team
