The Role:
Our client are seeking a dynamic and experienced Psychologist to join their team. You will provide vital knowledge and support to enhance the quality of life for our clients, including children, young people, and individuals with disabilities. As an integral member of our team, you will play a crucial role in promoting positive outcomes and ensuring adherence to relevant legislation and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Support: Offer efficient assistance to clients, setting clear stakeholder expectations, and creating timely interventions.Assessment and Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments and analysis to craft personalized support strategies focused on enhancing clients' quality of life.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to develop and execute support plans that meet client needs and organisational goals.
Communication: Maintain accurate communication, both written and verbal, to ensure the successful implementation of strategies and plans.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate within a team environment to foster best practices and achieve positive outcomes for clients.
Essential Criteria:
Psychological Qualifications: Possess tertiary qualifications in Psychology and either hold current Provisional or Full Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia or be eligible for registration.
Experience: Demonstrated effectiveness in working with diverse populations including children, young people, and adults with disabilities or complex behavioral needs.
Therapeutic Knowledge: Knowledgeable in strengths-based practice, trauma-informed care, and family-centered approaches to support clients effectively.
Collaboration: Ability to collaborate across different levels of organisational management and work cohesively as part of a team.
Analytical and Organizational Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills to assess and address client needs effectively.
Computer Proficiency: Proficient in using computer software programs such as Microsoft Office for documentation and communication purposes.
Certifications: Hold current certifications including First Aid Certificate, NSW Driver's license, Working With Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
