The Role

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient clinical administration and exceptional patient service.
• Manage clinic bookings, handle inquiries, and develop relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Manage a small team, rostering shifts and ensuring optimal performance
• Managing a budget
• Maintaining compliance with regulations and policies.

Requirements

• Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial management, rostering, compliance, and payroll processes.
• Previous experience in management or high-level practice administrative roles preferred.
• Demonstrated capability in building and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders.
