Role:
Join us as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, where you will independently provide Behaviour Support services to individuals with complex needs in community, in-home, and clinic settings. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing tailored Behaviour Support Plans, implementing interventions, and monitoring participant progress through data analysis. Collaborate closely with participants and their support network to enhance their quality of life and promote positive behaviour change within the NDIS context.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate qualification in Allied Health, Counselling, Psychology, or related field
- Ideally, 2 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant setting (not essential)
- Understanding of positive behaviour frameworks within the NDIS context is ideal
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with participants and their support network
- Valid driver’s license, NDIS Worker Check, Working with Children Check / Working with Vulnerable People Check, and Professional Indemnity Insurance
