The Role: As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will implement effective behaviour support strategies for individuals with diverse needs. Collaborate closely with clients to create tailored plans, utilising strong communication skills to foster positive outcomes. Stay updated on legislation and best practices to deliver person-centred care promoting independence and well-being.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in implementing positive behaviour support strategies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with complex needs
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
