Our client is a well-established organisation with a strong reputation that offers a wide range of home-based child and adult support services. They are a registered NDIS provider as well as providing in home services. Their main focus is to provide person centered approach to clients and are expanding their community outreach services and are taking on new professionals. Along with dedicated clinic rooms within the inner southern suburbs of Adelaide, they have opened a new clinic space in the inner suburbs offering a sensory space, a rehabilitation gym and private clinic rooms. 

The Role:
Our client is seeking a passionate and dedicated Physiotherapist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physiotherapy and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients. You will work closely with patients to assess, diagnose, and provide treatment plans that promote healing, recovery, and optimal physical health.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine physical conditions and limitations.
  • Develop individualised treatment plans based on assessment findings.
  • Administer a variety of physiotherapy techniques to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
  • Educate patients on exercises and stretches for at-home care and prevention.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and progress reports.
  • Collaborate with Practitioners and clients to contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring and review of client plans.

Essential criteria

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current AHPRA Registration 
  • NDIS Worker Check
  • Working With Children Check
  • First Aid Training
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassion and empathy in patient care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative allied health team.
