Occupational Therapy Lead – Paediatrics

• Excellent salary: $118,000 - $120,000 + Super

The role:
As an Occupational Therapy Lead, you will play a pivotal role in providing top-tier occupational therapy services while leading a team of therapists. Your day-to-day duties will include conducting assessments, developing therapy plans, and ensuring the holistic well-being of clients by helping them achieve their goals. You will also contribute to improving service delivery through innovative and evidence-based interventions, working closely with families and support teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

You will be responsible for mentoring and supporting other therapists, managing workflows, and ensuring high standards of client care across the team. This includes overseeing case documentation, providing clinical supervision, and implementing best practices. You will actively foster collaboration within the team, participating in team meetings, and driving professional development initiatives.

In addition to your clinical leadership, you will engage with key stakeholders to build relationships and represent the organization in various forums. As part of a dynamic and growing environment, your leadership will support both the clinical and strategic growth of the service.

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy
• Registration with AHPRA
• Experience overseeing an Occupational Therapy team
• Experience providing Occupational Therapy services to paediatrics
• Experience with Assistive Technology is high desirable
• Current Police Check, NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working with Children Check
• Driving License
