The Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Team Leader (OT) to lead a dynamic team of Occupational Therapy Clinicians at their hub near Booragoon. In this role, you will work closely with the Clinical Manager to oversee service delivery, supervise and mentor staff, and contribute to professional development programs. Your leadership will drive positive outcomes for clients and support your team’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentorship to the Occupational Therapy team
  • Oversee clinical service delivery and ensure high-quality, person-centered services
  • Design therapy and equipment recommendations tailored to individual client needs
  • Lead training and development initiatives for clinical staff
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to share knowledge and best practices
  • Conduct performance appraisals and support ongoing professional development

Essential Criteria

  • 4+ years of practical experience in Occupational Therapy
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Strong commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered care
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop others
  • Australian Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and First Aid Certificate
