The role:
Our client is a leading disability service provider, serving as a helper, mentor, and coach to approximately 5,000 individuals with disabilities across the east coast of Australia. Embracing the new era of disability support under the NDIS, they are committed to putting their customers first, offering personalised support tailored to each individual's needs and aspirations. 

As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing flexible family-centred services to children with disabilities and their families. Working within the context of a multi-disciplinary team, your responsibilities will include assessing the occupational therapy needs of clients, developing professional relationships with families, and actively participating in the formulation, implementation, and evaluation of individualized service plans. This role demands a commitment to maintaining efficient and effective practices in alignment with the organisations policies and procedures.

Essential Criteria
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Registration with AHPRA
  • Experience in family practice and child development
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Current Police Check, NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working with Children Check
  • Driving License
