This role involves providing comprehensive Occupational Therapy services as part of a multidisciplinary team including Speech Pathologists, Behaviour Support Specialists, Exercise Physiologists, and Physiotherapists. The collaborative approach ensures a holistic and integrated plan tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct personalised assessments to identify individual needs and challenges.
- Develop and implement tailored intervention plans to support clients' goals.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to provide a multidisciplinary approach to care.
- Guide clients on their journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and progress.
- Provide clients with the tools and resources needed to develop essential life skills and achieve independence.
- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
Essential Criteria:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in providing holistic, client-centered care is preferred.
- WWCC, National Police Check, Drivers License required
