The Role: 
Our client is seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join their dynamic team of skilled professionals committed to supporting growth and enriching lives. This role involves providing comprehensive Occupational Therapy services as part of a multidisciplinary team including Speech Pathologists, Behaviour Support Specialists, Exercise Physiologists, and Physiotherapists. The collaborative approach ensures a holistic and integrated plan tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct personalised assessments to identify individual needs and challenges.
  • Develop and implement tailored intervention plans to support clients' goals.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to provide a multidisciplinary approach to care.
  • Guide clients on their journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and progress.
  • Provide clients with the tools and resources needed to develop essential life skills and achieve independence.
  • Monitor and document client progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

 
Essential Criteria:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience in providing holistic, client-centered care is preferred.
  • WWCC, National Police Check, Drivers License required
