Our client is a well-established organisation with a strong reputation that offers a wide range of home-based child and adult support services. They are a registered NDIS provider as well as providing in home services. Their main focus is to provide person centered approach to clients and are expanding their community outreach services and are taking on new professionals.

The Role

The role will involve working with a range of clients both in clinic and outreach as part of a supportive multi disciplinary team of clinicians. You will contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring and review of individuals care plans, as well as coach, advise and provide support to the team and carers.

Essential Criteria
 

• Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) or Masters in Occupational Therapy
• Current AHPRA registration
• Drivers license 
• Police check, WWCC, NDIS workers check
