The Role:

As the Marketing and Growth Manager, you will lead strategies to drive client acquisition, stakeholder engagement, and business development. You will work for a growing NDIS provider, creating pathways for clients to access services by developing strong business relationships and optimising referral opportunities. A big part of the role involves managing social media, marketing campaigns, and community events to enhance brand visibility. You’ll represent the organisation at public events, deliver presentations, and coordinate talent acquisition efforts. With your market research and project management skills, you’ll inform data-driven decisions, report progress to the executive team, and ensure strategic goals are met. Your work will directly contribute to service expansion and client inclusion.

Essential Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Health Science, or related field desired 
• 3+ years of experience in Business Development or Relationship Management
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth
• Strong social media and marketing campaign experience
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Data analysis and strategic decision-making capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid Australian driver’s license
• Eligibility for Blue and Yellow Cards (or willingness to obtain)
• COVID-19 vaccination in line with policy requirements
