A leading NFP are seeking a Home Care Manager to join their team located Burswood!

The Role
  • Leading and mentoring the Home Care Team,
  • Managing resources effectively within budget as well as recruitment of care staff
  • Building relationships with clients, families, and professionals.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Promoting workplace safety and adherence to WHS policies.

Requirements
  • Qualification in Aged Care, Nursing, or Community Services.
  • Experience in managing people and of home care packages
  • National Police Check and Drivers Licence
  • A strong grasp of home care legislation and compliance.
  • Excellent clinical, communication and leadership skills
