Provide trauma-informed therapeutic interventions and Counselling to Children & Young people impacted by Family Violence in Pilabara.
On Offer:

The Role:
You will be responsible for providing evidence-based, trauma-informed therapeutic interventions and counseling to children and young people who have experienced family and domestic violence.
Your role will involve delivering counseling sessions, group work, and offering secondary support to non-offending parents or caregivers. You will focus on strengthening attachment, addressing trauma impacts on child development, and providing referrals to support agencies.
Requirements:
- Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, or related field
- Membership and registration with a relevant accredited peak body (AASW, APS, ACA, etc.)
- Experience working with children and young people affected by trauma and domestic violence
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and therapeutic practices
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Eligibility to work in Australia is required - sponsorship is not available
