Our client is seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join their multidisciplinary team. The Role: As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing tailored, person-centred therapy services to NDIS participants. Your role will include assessing the needs of individuals with disabilities, developing and implementing therapy plans to promote independence, and evaluating outcomes to ensure the best possible results. You will collaborate closely with other allied health professionals to deliver holistic care and provide training to support workers on implementing therapy plans. Administrative responsibilities, such as accurate documentation and case management, will also be part of your role.

Essential Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
  • Current General AHPRA registration.
  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs is highly regarded.
  • Valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a registered, insured vehicle.
  • NDIS Worker Screening check or other acceptable State or Territory check.
  • Working with children check or vulnerable people check.
  • NDIS Orientation Certificate or willingness to obtain.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality services and advocating for the rights, interests, and needs of people with disabilities.
