I am currently working with a well-known and established aged care NFP, they are looking for a clinical nurse manager to join their ranks at their facility in the northeastern suburbs of Perth!

The Role
As Clinical Nurse Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding the clinical team to deliver safe, person-centred care. Working alongside the Facility Manager and under the direction of the Clinical Lead, you’ll lead daily clinical operations, support and develop nursing staff, and promote best practice across all areas of care. The role includes oversight of care planning, clinical documentation, audits, and incident management, along with implementing quality improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. You’ll also contribute to workforce planning, provide mentorship to junior staff.

The Role

Requirements
- AHPRA Registered Nurse
- 2-3 years’ experience as a CNM or in a similar role highly desirable
- Covid Vax, Police check within 12 months
- Strong clinical experience and knowledge of aged care funding, legislation and accreditation
- Excellent communication skills and experience running and growing teams
