Role: As the Clinical Lead for Speech Pathology, you will play a critical role in providing operational leadership to the allied health team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the delivery of evidence-based care, guiding staff in clinical assessments and treatment planning, supervising allied health professionals, meeting established business KPIs, and actively contributing to the expansion and enhancement of allied health services within the organization.

Requirements:

• Relevant Degree in Speech Pathology
• SPA Membership
• Ideally demonstrated leadership experience in the allied health sector
• Proficient in navigating the NDIS framework and allied health sector demands
• Clearances including Working With Children, NDIS Worker Check, and National Criminal History Check
