The Role:
The Clinical Lead is responsible for planning, leading, monitoring and evaluating the delivery of clinical services by frontline operations and clinical staff through the provision of leadership, support and coaching on the development of client individual plans and clinical supports in keeping with the NDIS Commission Quality and Safeguards Framework and NDIS provider registration requirements. Provide advice and input to the Clinical Governance and Practice Manager on the development and implementation of systems, policies and procedures and continuous improvement initiatives to meet governance, quality management and client safety requirements, contribute to the development of a culture of clinical excellence across the business in collaboration with the Clinical Governance and Practice Manager, Lead the implementation of a Clinical Supervision Framework (CGF) to ensure a high standard of clinical practice and performance across clinical service delivery, to support full potential in a complex mobile/remote workforce environment, Influencing functional leadership and management to embrace the imperative need for an integrated cross functional approach to delivering required outcomes, Balancing the conduct of standard working practice organisational activity and the implementation of continuous improvement priorities.

- AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Working with Children Check.
- NDISWSC.
- Police Check.
