The role:
Join the clients team for a thorough induction program, where you'll learn to develop personalised positive behaviour support plans for clients. Benefit from a diverse team of practitioners including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists. Receive ongoing supervision and training to enhance your skills and support your clients effectively. Focus solely on your clients' well-being as administrative and IT teams handle bookings and equipment. Explore opportunities for advancement, whether in supervisory roles or specialised clinical areas. 

Essential Criteria:
  • Full Australian work rights
  • Registration as a NDIS Registered Behaviour Practitioner at core/ proficient/ advanced or specialist level or willingness to obtain
  • Degree in allied health or related area (preferred but not necessary)
  • Current driver’s licence and access to a car 
  • Police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain these before commencing work).
  • Core or above BSP registration
