The role:
The clients goal is to help children overcome social integration challenges and build meaningful connections through our behaviour support services.
They begin by assessing each child’s communication skills and abilities, identifying areas that need attention. They also take into account any observations you share with us. Once you have identified the key issues, we develop a personalised behavioural support and training plan. After implementing these strategies, we choose activities for the children and monitor their responses.
Personalised plans are effective only with sustained effort and motivation. Our professionals know how to encourage children during our behaviour support sessions, helping them improve and overcome personal behavioural challenges.
