The Role:
We're in search of a skilled individual for the role of Quality and Compliance Clinical Manager. In this position, you'll lead a team responsible for providing clinical support within Residential services. Your primary objective will be to uphold operational quality and ensure adherence to aged care standards. Working closely with the Administration Team Leader, Administration team, and care managers, you'll facilitate the implementation of organizational quality and compliance strategies to align with the Aged Care Quality Standards. This entails conducting audits, overseeing compliance, and conducting policy reviews.

Criteria:
  • Registered Nurse with an active registration under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
  • Extensive experience in the Aged Care sector, particularly in a quality assurance or similar capacity
  • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, adept at conflict resolution and problem-solving
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report preparation
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, within a Microsoft Windows environment
  • Familiarity with the Aged Care Act and Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Possession of a valid Driver’s License
