You will support client inclusion in their chosen communities, collaborate with various stakeholders, and manage services within available funding parameters. Regular professional development and administrative duties such as data collection and record keeping are essential parts of your role, ensuring compliance with quality standards and the organization's duty of care.

In your leadership capacity, you will oversee clinical supervisors, ensuring they meet their KPIs, fulfill team obligations, and achieve growth and engagement goals. You are tasked with implementing strategies and objectives from higher management and running professional development sessions to enhance team knowledge and capacity. You will conduct regular one-on-one supervision sessions, providing mentorship to help supervisors excel both clinically and administratively in their roles.

Your position emphasizes building a strong, collaborative team environment and ensuring the effective integration of new supervisors and team members. Additionally, you are expected to actively support the clinical and professional development of all team members, contributing to a cohesive and supportive workplace.

Finally, you will actively participate in meetings, reviews, and committees, seeking and providing feedback to optimize services and team dynamics. You will assist directors in identifying opportunities for growth, optimizing operations, and enhancing team bonding and satisfaction. Developing resources to improve team efficiency, productivity, and confidence is also part of your role, alongside engaging in activities to secure additional business referrals through networks such as support coordinators and aged care services.
