Lead a dynamic team providing evidence-based clinical mental health treatment to young people and their families in the NT. 

The Role:

  • Provide leadership, management, and coordination to assessment and continuing care teams.
  • Ensure service delivery aligns with the Australian Early Psychosis Program (AEPP) and headspace models.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Operations Manager, Clinical Director, and other Program Managers.
  • Maintain a culture of learning, innovation, and inclusivity 

Benefits:

  • Full-time position based primarily in Darwin with occasional work in Palmerston.
  • Salary: Above Award Health Professional Services - $128,750 per annum + Super (11%).
  • Additional benefits include Salary Packaging and 5 weeks annual leave.
  • Interstate applicants eligible for relocation assistance through NTPHN grants for Allied Health workers.
Requirements
  • Tertiary Qualification in relevant Human Services Discipline
  • Suitable post graduate qualifications (or working towards)
  • Professional registration - eh AHPRA or AASW
  • 5+ years leadership experience in a health related discipline
  • An understanding of, and commitment to, working with young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and their families
  • Proven knowledge and experience in Mental Health Interventions - such as DBT, CBT in 121, Group or Family settings.
