The Role:
As a Speech Pathologist, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to clients from diverse funding sources including NDIS, TAC, Medicare, and private referrals. This role goes beyond traditional therapy, you will help build a culture centred on innovation, clinical excellence, and teamwork within a vibrant startup environment.

You’ll manage a flexible caseload based on your availability and preferences, supported by AI-powered systems designed to significantly reduce paperwork and scheduling hassles. Your contributions will shape how allied health services evolve, with opportunities to lead and grow alongside the organisation’s expansion into Victoria and beyond.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience
  • SPA registration
  • Valid Police Check, NDIS Screening Check, and Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • Hold an active Australian Business Number (ABN) and professional indemnity insurance (contractor only)
  • Medicare Provider Number
