The Role:
As a New Graduate Speech Pathologist, you’ll work alongside experienced clinicians delivering family centred services to children and adults living with disabilities. Through a combination of community, clinic, and virtual sessions, you’ll develop your skills in assessing communication needs, creating tailored therapy plans, and supporting clients to achieve their individual goals. You’ll receive ongoing supervision and mentoring while gradually building your own caseload and clinical confidence.

You’ll play an active role in implementing evidence based interventions that promote communication, participation, and independence. Working closely with families, educators, support coordinators, and the wider multidisciplinary team, you’ll contribute to delivering holistic and meaningful outcomes for clients. This role offers exposure to a diverse caseload and the opportunity to continue developing your clinical interests in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology
  • Current or eligible registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
  • Passion for supporting children and adults with disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check
