The Role

As a Support Worker you'll provide person-centered care and support to clients in achieving their goals and independence. Your responsibilities include engaging with clients, establishing relationships, enhancing their capacity to manage health and welfare needs, and supporting their independence and privacy.

Requirements

• Essential: Cert III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support, WA Driver's License
• Desirable: Experience in Aged Care or Not-for-Profit sector, related qualifications
• Excellent communication skills, computer literacy, ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proven experience in similar role, problem-solving abilities, ability to uphold high standards and confidentiality
