The role
As a Speech Pathologist in this dynamic community-based role, you will work closely with NDIS participants of all ages, delivering high-quality, evidence-based assessment and intervention in a variety of settings—including participants’ homes across the Perth metro area. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting clients with disability and psychosocial challenges to achieve their communication goals, while also contributing to broader health education and collaborative care planning with support coordinators and allied health professionals. With a strong focus on person-centred practice, you’ll manage your caseload, attend case conferences, and ensure all clinical documentation meets professional and regulatory standards.

You’ll bring experience in working with people with disabilities and a genuine commitment to dignity, inclusion, and strength-based practice. Your days will be structured around billable hours, with the expectation of delivering five billable hours per full working day, supported by opportunities to discuss non-billable workload with your manager. A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and relevant clearances are essential, along with excellent communication, organisation, and clinical skills.
