About the Client
Our client is a reputable Allied Health provider located in Perth, specialising in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, and Speech Pathology services for young clients, including infants, children, and adolescents. With a strong foundation in holistic and evidence-based care, they focus on delivering family-centered services. They are recognised for their supportive work environment and commitment to professional growth.

The Role
They are looking for an experienced Speech Pathologist to join their team, they are also open to new graduates. The role offers the chance to work within a multidisciplinary team, gradually building your client base. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, setting therapy goals, planning services, and delivering therapeutic support to a diverse group of clients, including those with varying developmental needs. Your work will take place in multiple settings, including home visits, schools, and clinic-based sessions, with a focus on a variety of therapeutic objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Perform assessments and develop therapy goals for a wide-ranging client base.
  • Plan and execute therapy services for individual and group sessions across various environments.
  • Work with a diverse client population, including both private and NDIS-supported individuals, covering different developmental stages.
  • Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving outcomes for children and their families.
Essential Criteria
  • SPA Membership
  • Genuine passion for supporting children and their families.
  • Strong commitment to ongoing learning and application of evidence-based practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Completion of necessary background checks, including a Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance, and NDIS Worker Screening.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
