The Role
They are looking for an experienced Speech Pathologist to join their team, they are also open to new graduates. The role offers the chance to work within a multidisciplinary team, gradually building your client base. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, setting therapy goals, planning services, and delivering therapeutic support to a diverse group of clients, including those with varying developmental needs. Your work will take place in multiple settings, including home visits, schools, and clinic-based sessions, with a focus on a variety of therapeutic objectives.

Responsibilities
- Perform assessments and develop therapy goals for a wide-ranging client base.
- Plan and execute therapy services for individual and group sessions across various environments.
- Work with a diverse client population, including both private and NDIS-supported individuals, covering different developmental stages.
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving outcomes for children and their families.
- SPA Membership
- Genuine passion for supporting children and their families.
- Strong commitment to ongoing learning and application of evidence-based practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Completion of necessary background checks, including a Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance, and NDIS Worker Screening.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
