The Role:
As a Service Manager, you will lead the operational delivery of supported accommodation services across designated sites. You will ensure high-quality outcomes for people with disability, overseeing client well-being, team performance, and service sustainability. Your focus will be on embedding a culture of inclusion, active support, and continuous improvement. This position involves overseeing 2 Service Coordinators and 1 RN as well as 7 SIL properties.


You’ll be responsible for managing daily operations, including staffing, budgets, client finances, compliance with NDIS practice standards, WHS, and incident management. You'll work closely with participants and their families to facilitate positive relationships and support individual goals. This role is pivotal in transforming local site culture, fostering team engagement, and driving consistent quality improvement.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Disability, Nursing or a related field
  • Demonstrated understanding of NDIS frameworks and a human rights-based approach to support
  • Experience managing supported independent living or accommodation services across multiple sites
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire high-performing team
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, rostering, and service operations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for working with families, staff, and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to adapt to new systems
  • Current Driver’s Licence and Working With Children Check
