Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist - Clinic Based

• Excellent salary: $90,000 - $98,800 plus super FTE

• 2 days additional leave

The role:
In this role, you’ll work directly with families to understand their goals and help their children thrive through play-based, strengths-focused, and family-centred interventions. You’ll coach and collaborate with parents, carers, and educators to promote development in everyday settings like homes, childcare centres, schools, and the community. You’ll also support families to access relevant services and navigate transitions, while applying evidence-based strategies that build their capacity and strengthen relationships. Your responsibilities will include working within a transdisciplinary model, delivering tailored therapy supports, and maintaining compliance with NDIS and best-practice standards.

In addition to providing direct therapy, you’ll take responsibility for meeting KPIs, managing your caseload effectively, and ensuring timely reporting and documentation. You’ll be expected to operate with cultural competence and uphold child safety practices at all times. A collaborative approach is essential, as you’ll work alongside other professionals to drive positive outcomes for children and families. You’ll also be relied upon to maintain strong working relationships, demonstrate initiative, and contribute to a safe and inclusive team culture. This role requires autonomy, adaptability, and a passion for making a lasting impact on the lives of children with developmental delays and disabilities.

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy or relevant discipline
• Full AHPRA registration
• Min 5 years' experience
• Valid NDIS Check
• Working With Children Check
• Police Check
