The Role:

• Provide targeted clinical consultation using the social model
• Champion best practice therapy within the community
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal participant outcomes
• Analyze clinical trends and generate viable solutions
• Support team members in delivering high-quality therapy plans
• Mentor practitioners and build team capacity
• Drive clinical strategy and innovation in collaboration with the Area Lead

Requirements:

• Recognized Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Professional Registration with APHRA or SPA
• Proficient in working independently and completing tasks effectively
• Engage in ongoing professional development and reflective processes
• Seek feedback, mentoring, and coaching to enhance performance
• Mandatory Certifications: Working with Children Employee Check/Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check, NDIS Worker Orientation Module, and Driver's License
• Ability to establish key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
