As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will provide high-quality, client-centred occupational therapy services to people with diverse needs, including physical, cognitive, and psychosocial disabilities. - Hybrid based position with clinic and community session (fully mobile position optional)

You will complete thorough assessments across all areas of daily living and design evidence-based treatment plans that support independence, well-being, and functional capacity. A key part of your role will involve working with NDIS participants, conducting assessments, preparing detailed reports, and recommending supports such as Functional Capacity Assessments, Supported Independent Living, Specialist Disability Accommodation, and home modifications.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful outcomes. You will also provide leadership and mentorship to junior clinicians and allied health assistants, contribute to the development of clinical policies, and support professional development within the team. Strong communication, organisational skills, and a compassionate, client-centred approach are essential, as you balance clinical service delivery with compliance, education, and administrative responsibilities.
Requirements- Minimum Bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy or relevant discipline
- General AHPRA registration
- 5 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Valid NDIS Check
- Police Check
- Working with Children Check
- Full driving license and access to reliable vehicle
