With a focus on genuine connection and meaningful outcomes, you will support children to build independence, develop functional skills, and achieve their goals. Your ability to communicate clearly and compassionately will be central to building trust and making a positive impact in the lives of participants.

You will also contribute to a team-based model of care where quality, not quantity, drives your caseload. You’ll benefit from a gradual build-up of participants suited to your interests and strengths, while taking part in shared goal-setting and collaborative case discussions. As part of a supportive and forward-thinking workplace, you’ll have opportunities to grow into leadership, mentoring, or specialist roles while shaping your career path. This position will give you the autonomy to work with purpose, the flexibility to balance your lifestyle, and the backing of a values-driven team committed to raising the standard of healthcare.
