The Role

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to Financial Counsellors
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and offer short-term case work
  • Engage in advocacy work and refer clients to relevant services
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with program obligations

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Community Services (Financial Counselling)
  • Registration with an affiliated professional body
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in case management, capacity building, or financial wellbeing sectors
  • Proficient in engagement, advocacy, and networking
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to travel
