The role:

Criteria:
- Identify and be recognised in the community as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Person
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent competence through education, training, or experience
- Demonstrated alignment with the clients values and vision, showing appreciation and sensitivity to community challenges in justice, equity, and self-determination
- Understanding of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander peoples' histories, cultures, languages, and traditions
- Effective and respectful communication and collaboration with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals, organisations, and communities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare documentation promptly
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- High levels of motivation, energy, and commitment to professional excellence and self-determination
- Competent use of Microsoft 365 platforms
- Preparedness and willingness to travel as required
