The role:
This role is an exciting opportunity to join a national healthcare providers Active Recovery Clinics in Melbourne. You will provide high quality, evidence-based psychological interventions, along with tailored support to a population with a range of psychosocial barriers and trauma-related presentations to increase function and return to health / work following a motor vehicle accident or workplace injury.
In this role, you will liaise with a multi-disciplinary team to provide the best level of care to your clients and to ensure a comprehensive clinical approach is undertaken. You will be responsible for attending clinics to support assessments of injuries and provide therapy to clients. You will also identify treatment pathways for successful outcomes and support clients understanding of this pathway and manage the referrals process efficiently.

Essential Criteria
- Bachelor degree in Psychology
- APHRA Registration
- Eligible for Worksafe Victoria
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for psychological conditions with a CBT or EMDR focus (desirable)
- Experience in motivational and health coaching type environments (desirable)
