The role:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, client-focused services. Your responsibilities will include conducting functional and sensory assessments, prescribing equipment, and recommending home modifications to enhance client safety and independence. You will collaborate with clients, families, and other health professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that align with client goals.

This role also involves providing education and training to clients and carers, facilitating group programs, and ensuring timely follow-up and communication with stakeholders. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, adhering to compliance standards, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives to optimize service delivery.

Your work will span a variety of settings, including home visits and community-based environments, with a focus on supporting individuals across the lifespan. By applying best practices and evidence-based approaches, you will help clients achieve meaningful outcomes and maintain their quality of life.

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy or relevant discipline
• AHPRA registration - can support Limited Registration
• Minimum 1 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist
• NDIS Workers Screening Check and Orientation Modules
• Police Check
• Driving License
