The role:
As an Occupational Therapist in this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and goals in alignment with NDIS requirements. You will develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans, providing evidence-based interventions across home, school, and community settings to enhance functional independence and participation in daily activities.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, NDIS reports, and support recommendations. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with clients, families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and goal achievement. Effective caseload management, prioritization of tasks, and high-quality service delivery will be essential to your success.

Additionally, you will actively engage in professional development, participating in supervision, training, and team workshops to refine clinical skills. You will also contribute to the growth of the organization by fostering strong relationships with clients, families, and referral partners, ensuring the continued delivery of exceptional therapy services.

Essential Criteria
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy or relevant discipline
  • AHPRA registration (accepting of limited registration)
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check and Orientation Modules
  • Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
