Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead operations and service delivery at a residential AOD rehabilitation centre in Coffs Harbour.
This key leadership position oversees the implementation of strategic plans and clinical programs while ensuring quality, compliance, and client-focused outcomes.
The successful candidate will supervise a diverse team including case workers, counsellors, support staff, and clinicians.
Responsibilities include program oversight, stakeholder engagement, site operations, risk and incident management, and continuous service improvement aligned with accreditation and NSW clinical care standards.

The Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead operations and service delivery at a residential AOD rehabilitation centre in Coffs Harbour.
This key leadership position oversees the implementation of strategic plans and clinical programs while ensuring quality, compliance, and client-focused outcomes.
The successful candidate will supervise a diverse team including case workers, counsellors, support staff, and clinicians.
Responsibilities include program oversight, stakeholder engagement, site operations, risk and incident management, and continuous service improvement aligned with accreditation and NSW clinical care standards.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Community Welfare, Health, or related field, or minimum 5+ years relevant experience.
- Proven experience in operations and staff management, ideally within AOD, health, or community services.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based AOD and mental health interventions.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage performance, and foster a high-performing, values-driven culture.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in case management, intake processes, and coordination of services for individuals with complex needs.
- Strong compliance knowledge, including WHS legislation and clinical governance frameworks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management systems.
- NSW driver licence, WWCC
