• Hybrid role - flexibility to work from home 3 days a week Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Lead Psychologist to deliver high-quality client care while driving clinical excellence across the organisation. This is a unique leadership role suited to someone committed to trauma-informed practice, injury recovery, and continuous improvement.

The Role
The Clinical Lead will deliver evidence-based therapy (e.g. CBT, EMDR), conduct psychological assessments, and prepare comprehensive reports. In addition to client work, the role includes:

• Providing supervision and mentorship to clinicians (including provisional psychologists)
• Leading training, professional development, and clinical capability building
• Contributing to clinical governance, audits, and risk reviews
• Supporting recruitment and onboarding of new clinicians
• Engaging with key external stakeholders including GPs, psychiatrists, and insurers

This role plays a pivotal part in shaping clinical standards while maintaining a hands-on approach to therapy and team development.

Requirements

Essential:

• AHPRA registration with clinical endorsement
• Board-approved supervisor status
• 5+ years’ clinical experience, ideally in trauma or injury recovery
• Proven experience in clinical supervision and evidence-based therapies
• SIRA accreditation or eligibility
