Are you a community nurse looking for a new role providing high-quality clinical care for NDIS participants and older Australians?

A leading NFP is looking for a Community Lead Nurse to join their team.

On Offer
  • Salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 + Super

The Role
  • Oversee a team of Enrolled Nurses, support worker credentialing, and ensure compliance with high-intensity health supports
  • Conduct aged care clinical assessments
  •  Participating in intake processes,
  • Provide hands-on clinical care in community settings.
  • Contribute to business development, strategic service growth, and the clinical governance committee.
Requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Experience in community-based nursing, particularly in NDIS and aged care.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring Enrolled Nurses and support workers.
  • Knowledge of high-intensity health supports, delegation of care, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills within a multidisciplinary setting.
