Your role will involve working collaboratively with clients, families, support workers, and other professionals to develop Behaviour Support Plans and coach support staff, family members, and others in understanding the individual's difficulties and implementing identified strategies.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with client presentations ranging from moderate to complex, focusing on addressing behaviours of concern, supporting goal achievement, and improving the quality of life.
