Our client is a leading NDIS provider based locally on the Central Coast!
We are on the lookout for seasoned senior team leaders who can oversee the well-being of our clients’ participants in supported independent living (SIL) and community environments. This role involves managing a cluster of 6-7 houses.
The Position:
This full-time position, running from Monday to Friday, involves regular travel between the designated houses. As a senior team leader, you'll collaborate with clients to create and execute tailored support plans. Additionally, you'll provide guidance and supervision to direct support workers, ensuring the fulfillment of clients' support needs and objectives. There is on on-call component to this role (once per month)

The Position:

Your duties will include:
- Cultivating and maintaining client and stakeholder relationships through a person-centred approach
- Supervising a team of 50-60 support workers.
- Facilitating effective communication within the team.
- Coordinating individual plans in consultation with clients.
- Adhering to audit standards.
- Managing SIL Houses and support worker schedules.
- Ensuring top-notch client service, encompassing care assessment, goal setting, and smooth participant transitions
- Conducting audits to uphold compliance with NDIS regulations.
- Spearheading the implementation of organizational policies and procedures.
- Maintaining accurate client records and databases, along with overseeing staff progress notes.
- Addressing client escalations and complaints with a focus on resolution.
Qualifications and Criteria:
- Extensive managerial and leadership experience in Team Leadership, preferably in SIL management.
- Diploma in Community Services.
- Valid CPR & First Aid certification.
- National Police Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Completion of NDIS Workers Orientation Module.
- A valid Australian Driver's License and access to personal transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certificate in Leadership & Management (desirable).
