With clinics in Moonee Ponds, Caroline Springs, and Craigieburn, the base location for this role is flexible and open to negotiation.

The Role
As the Occupational Therapy Team Leader/Supervisor, you will:
  • Deliver personalized assessments and therapy services to children and their families
  • Oversee and mentor a team of occupational therapists, fostering their growth and development
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of services and participate in initiatives that enhance team and service quality
Criteria
We’re looking for a professional who:
  • Has a strong background in occupational therapy, particularly in pediatric care
  • Possesses leadership and mentoring skills, with a passion for supporting team members
