The Role: Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join their clinical leadership team. Based in Brookvale, this role is designed to lead, inspire, and shape the clinical education and development of a dedicated team of practitioners. Reporting to the Head of Team Development, the Team Leader will oversee mentoring programs, ensure practitioners achieve their goals, and maintain high standards of client care.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading by example and ensuring alignment with company values and vision
• Overseeing rosters, availability, and staffing to meet client needs
• Managing the induction and mentoring programs to ensure continuous professional development
• Involvement in recruitment and clinical education strategy
• Delivering on key performance indicators and supporting practitioners in achieving clinical goals

Essential Criteria:

• Tertiary qualification in Allied Health with a minimum of 4 years clinical experience
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and commitment to professional growth
• Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire and support a team of practitioners in meeting both clinical and professional goals
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work autonomously
• Commitment to continuous learning and development within the healthcare field
