The Role:
The organisation is a national online NDIS health-tech platform that helps people living with disability find and connect with providers of services and supports. As Team Leader of the Connections Team, you will guide a motivated group who are passionate about making a difference every day. Your focus will be on ensuring service requests are actioned promptly and that NDIS participants are connected with the right providers to meet their needs. The role is dynamic and requires both people leadership and operational oversight, with an emphasis on problem-solving and process improvement. You will work closely with the Provider Team to onboard new services and maintain strong relationships across the network. Acting as the central point of contact for your team, senior management, and providers, you will play a key role in ensuring services run smoothly and efficiently. Using data insights, you will identify trends, evaluate performance, and help scale the organisation’s impact. Your leadership will be both strategic and hands-on, ensuring the team is supported, motivated, and equipped to deliver exceptional service. Essential Criteria:
- Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally within disability, health, or customer service sectors
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle challenging conversations and build lasting relationships
- A problem-solving mindset with a focus on improving systems and outcomes
- Experience using CRMs and data to guide operational decisions
- Passion for creating meaningful impact in the disability sector
