As the State Community Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading a dynamic team of allied health practitioners across various locations in Victoria. In the realm of business management, you will be entrusted with operating within budget constraints and contributing to the growth and promotion of the organisation. This includes setting and achieving program objectives, managing operational requirements, and actively participating in business development initiatives. Your role extends to preparing relevant reports, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and fostering a positive workplace culture that supports staff retention and continuous improvement.
On a personal level, you will be a champion of the organisations commitment to quality care. Upholding open communication with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with legislation and occupational health & safety regulations are integral aspects of your role. Additionally, you will actively engage in professional development, both for yourself and your regional team, contributing to overall educational initiatives. Essential Criteria
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Full registration with AHPRA
- 3 years' experience in Allied Health leadership role
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with older clients
- Driving License and access to a fully insured car
- Current Police Check
- Hold valid insurance
