The role:


You will provide holistic support for our clients through relevant assessments (Functional, Activities of Daily Living, Ergonomic and Workplace assessments) and return to work case management of Workers Compensation, Comcare, CTP & Life Insurance referrals, to help restore an individual's highest level of functional performance and deliver a successful return to work.

Essential Criteria:
 
  • Speech Pathologist with SPA registration;
  • Minimum 1 year experience in delivering person-centred NDIS services;
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check & Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain); South Australia: Through their Eyes training
  • Current drivers licence and vehicle
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal;
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem solving;
  • Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach
